Shipping and Returns.

ORDER LEAD TIME:

In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will shipped on a case

to case bases but please expect at least 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. 

SHIPPING: 

To ensure the best experience possible, all domestic shipping fees are complementary. For all International shipments, there is

a $200 charge that will be added at checkout. 

All shipments are sent via overnight delivery. Signature is required upon delivery

Eclat Jewels is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Eclat Jewels is not responsible for the

delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen

weather or technical issue within the shipping company. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  

Eclat Jewels prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or a gift that

you received, we will be happy to accept a return.

You can return or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt. You must contact info@eclatjewels.com within the allotted time

period or your exchange will not be accepted. Products must be completely unused and unworn, in the condition you

received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Eclat Jewels reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the items

appear to be damaged or show signs of wear.

FINE JEWELRY & CUSTOM ORDERS:

All custom and special orders are final sale and non-returnable.
